If you have an existing account set up with Enterprise Truck Rental for your business, you may continue to reserve vehicles as you normally would, either online at enterprisetrucks.ca or by calling the local rental branch (you will be asked to enter your Account PIN Code). If you are new to Enterprise Truck Rental and do not have an account number, you may make a reservation online at enterprisetrucks.ca, and select “Business Use” as the rental purpose. Yes, if a rental vehicle is to be used for commercial purposes using an existing account number, it is required that the driver show valid proof of commercial insurance covering the entire length of rental. Optional Damage Waiver may be purchased at the time of pick up at the branch. For additional support, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
With some local exceptions, Enterprise Truck Rental does not offer one-way rentals. More information can be provided by your local Enterprise Truck Rental branch.
Light duty (1/2 ton) pickup trucks and cargo vans are available to reserve through the Enterprise site and mobile app. However, if you need to rent a commercially-equipped truck or van for your business, we recommend renting through Enterprise Truck Rental. In March 2021, your company was provided a new Account Number (and billing number, if applicable) and PIN Code to use at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Enterprise Truck Rental. You should use your Enterprise Account number going forward. Your Discount Car and Truck Rentals Company Account Number will not be valid.
If you did not receive or cannot locate your new Account Number, billing number and/or PIN Code from Enterprise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are not the primary contact for your company, you may need to verify your affiliation with the company.
To recover your account number, billing account number or PIN Code, please email email@example.com. You will be required to verify your affiliation with that company.
To rent a car with Enterprise, you must meet minimum age requirements, have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable form of payment. Renters under the age of 25 are subject to a ‘Youthful Surcharge.’ Any Discount Car and Truck Rentals customer contract with custom renter requirements will be honored by Enterprise. For retail or personal use vehicle reservations made with Discount Car and Truck Rentals prior to April 1, 2021, Enterprise will honor Discount's renter requirements. At this time, Enterprise Truck Rental customers may take advantage of earning loyalty club points through the Enterprise Plus program if they rent for personal use, only. Points earned cannot be redeemed through Enterprise Truck Rental. For Enterprise Plus, visit: https://www.enterprise.ca/en/loyalty.html. If your reservation has a rental commencement date before April 1, 2021, your experience should not be impacted, and you should pick up your vehicle from the rental branch listed on your rental confirmation, as you normally would. A representative from the Rental Branch will call to confirm details.
For truck rental reservations with a rental commencement date of April 1 or later, verify your branch location, hours and details by visiting EnterpriseTrucks.ca or by calling your local branch listed on your reservation confirmation. To modify or cancel an upcoming reservation originally booked with Discount Car and Truck Rentals, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to have the confirmation number of the reservation and the pick up date of the original reservation on hand, and the representative will help you make updates and provide you with an updated itinerary.
If you have an individual who should be added as your company’s primary contact, please have the new contact person provide their information by emailing email@example.com. Be sure to have your company’s account name and account number ready to reference.
